Matt’s extensive business background has enabled

experience. This includes running her own financial consulting firm “ The Bradon
Information Systems” in Los Angeles. Her clients included television production
companies and major produce growers and brokerage firms in Northern and Southern
California.
She is also an accomplished marketing and sales advisor which enabled her to
manage and grow the International Arian Hotel chain to record sales and
occupancy rates.
Sheri is a Certified Business Broker (CBB). This designation is

in Business Administration specializing in Accounting.
His Masters degree is in Business Administration
and Management.
During 11 years as a pilot with the U.S. Air
Force, he held a several supervisory positions in
training and management. His experience continued
with American Airlines in both operations and support
positions. Larry has also served as a consultant
to a small service company providing advice on organization
structure and management,and improving business
activities.

investment advisor in Canada. During her career
as an investment Advisor, she facilitated the sale
of millions of dollars of property which resulted

A licensed Business Broker, she has extensive background
in marketing, sales, and operations. Mary provides
her services for assisting clients in the sale and
acquisition of businesses. She brings a team player

Tim Cronmiller -- CPA, MBA
Tim brings to clients his experience in the manufacturing,
distribution, marketing and media industries working
in senior financial management roles in both international
and entrepreneurial environments, and for companies
with revenues in excess of $500 million. His diverse
background has given him experience in:

including support for financing alternatives
- Creating activity based management systems
- Designing & implementing company balanced

Peter K. Rundle,
Peter is a seasoned trial attorney, arbitrator and
mediator. An excellent transactional attorney, he
has extensive experience representing domestic and
foreign businesses, investors and entrepreneurs
in a wide variety of complex legal matters.
Clients have included individuals, businesses, partnerships,
investors, corporate officers and shareholders.
They have included manufacturers and distributors
of electronic hardware, computer peripherals, aerospace
